Me I need it but what about other people? If I was to go one day without caffeine, then I would get a major headache and I would feel run down and feel like sleeping all day long. What do you feel without the caffeine or...

redlinr Usually i get a very bad headache and get pretty irritable if i go too long without caffeine.
