One thing that really makes me upset is when I see that people in a food establishment doesn't tip their server. These people work on their feet and literally run to make the customers happy. Generally they work for minimum...

relevantanswers I think this is an interesting outlook, though maybe they have a little more money than the rest of us! I just think if you tip big once you may expect it the next time and might be disappointed with a return to the norm.
