Do you speak up with your partner or always hear him speak up his problems??

I have seen many couples where one speaks and the other hears.The one who speaks doesn't allow the partner to speak up his/her wishes and thoughts.I don't think this is fair. Both should have equal shae in discussing a problem....

How to kill the time???

Hey! Can anybody suggest me to pass my time. Apart from surfing,doing household work,reading,watching TV what are all the other options to keep the time moving. Because of boredom I am getting stressed out.I am already in my 40's....
