richlatino2012 Thanks appreciate it. Read my post above if its tough to ween off then you may want to also consider getting an ultrasound if you drink pop heavily. You never know what may be lurking in your body. So just to be on the safe side.

richlatino2012 Thanks I appreciate that I will look into that supplement it sounds interesting. And the eat 3 to 4 hours before your sleep is similar to the Oprah diet isn't it? Like don't eat after 8pm or something like that. Thanks again :) I wish you good luck as well.
