RieRie Also just found out any pre 2007 debt may not be enforceable anyway because of an amendment to the I think it's Consumer Credit Act.

RieRie Maybe time to contact Ofgen (think that's the one.) but you can only do that if you've done everything possible with the company first, then if Ofgen don't help it's Watchdogs turn, they've had problems with energy companies before.

RieRie How come the people we rang at the station told us there were only escalators? Don't they know their own station? Do you know about Walthamstow? I know they were supposed to be adding lifts.

RieRie Ramps are awkward for me and I'd rather step on and off trains, cos it's easier. I don't need ramps and wheelchairs, I need access to the underground, which only has escalators.

RieRie My partner called the station and asked, they only have escalators to the underground, they only have disabled access to get outside to ground level.

RieRie It would be really good if sensible people like us ran the companies that do this, unfortunately I think the rules are made up by people who have always had money and don't know what it's like to truly have nothing.
