How to speed up slow pc

My pc is a bit old.. And sometimes videos goes very laggy-slow.. Im use virusscanner weekly,CCleaner,registry cleaner,,but no1 program help me to speed up a bit my PC..

fps 400 w western digital 250 gb intel e5300 2 gb kingmax 1066 mhz geforce 9800 gt 1 gb gigabyte motherboard Is this pc good for Modern Warfare 2 full graphics and Bad Company 2 full graphics?ty

Gagabux refferals
