i want to lose weight

i put on weight in this winter.i hate it.i want to lose weight quickly because a few days later i will go home. my mother will say,you are so fat.hehe!she do not want to see a fat daugther.

ritu07 Hello Friend if u want to lose ur weight can take help of my diet chart of seven days 1 ) only furits 2) only veg 3) take 1 and 2 day diet 4) 8 banna and 3cup of milk 5) u have to take 6 pottoa and one cup of rice 6 1st day diet 7) 2nd dirt it...
