What "aids" did you use to help you "Quit Smoking" and did they work?

After smoking for more than 40 years, (yes I know, I'm older than dirt) and trying to quit many times and failing, this year, January 01, 2007 at 12:00am I decided I would try again. I had tried all the No Smoking aids out...
