I joined about one hour ago and I have not gotten any emails from anyone welcoming me to their team.How am I supposed to get started if I don't know where to start? Has this happened to you?

So,I applied at this place called westat and I would like to know if anyone has heard of them? I am not sure how far I want to go ,they sent me an email asking me to do a voice sample.They do data collecting over the phone.
