when watching tv, do you switch from one station to another or just stay in one station and watch every show they offer? What was the longest time you coul watch the television? i watch TV 3 hours the longest...

do you spend a moment during the day to reflect on the word of God? I spend 45 min to 1 hour either when I woke up from bed or before I go to bed. I call it my "quiet time" (a time to quiet myself and just listen to the Lord.
