there was a time when people used to admire their 1.44MB floppy drive in their cpu's what do you think will be their fate in the near future, will they be replaced by the thumb drives, reply with your answer

as all we all know at one time we used to have a thing called floppy drives on our cpu's but all that has been replaced with cheaper and value for money thumb drives. do you thnk i am right or wrong?
