i want to know what foods or type of red meat you buy. How much you eat alone equals of what calories? Do you have recipes of food that good for weight. what nutrients is best for diet?

ronlxzer0 tnx of that idea cieldz. they said nuts,eggs and yogurt are also best food to reduce weight. i hope its true. :)
