obesity is said to trigger other serious illnesses, so, is this something that should society should be wary about? or does it remain a personal problem?

well i've been too busy at work. the pressure and stress were really unbearable. this may sound crazy but the moment i saw my friend with my favorite ice cream--suddenly, the sun is smiling and i felt a certain degree of relief...
