Ros3Taylor That sounds very sensible because going without sleep is not a good idea and even though it is said that you can never catch up on sleep I read an article recently by a doctor who said that if you miss out on sleep then you do in a sense need to catch up...

Ros3Taylor Is caffiene a culprit? Sometimes I find it difficult to sleep if I have had a lot of caffeine during the day to help me stay awake because of a late night the previous night, but the trouble is by the time I go to bed I have been too alert to sleep :(

Ros3Taylor I find it hard to sleep when travelling - it can be very uncomfortable. I am not surprised that you felt unwell afterwards, the lack of sleep and the stress that travelling can put on the body must have really affected your immune system.

Ros3Taylor That is quite a while and also to run on 1 or 2 hours sleep for that length of time as well. I would probably have to sleep for a week after that...lol
