Since I have not been working and I have a lot of time on my hands and I spend most of that time sitting here on the computer. I get tired and I get sleepy. I live alone so there isn't that much cleaning to do. I will eventually...

roukawa I take a nap during the day to recharge the mind and body for further work in the afternoon. I read that a power nap of about 15-20 minutes during the day keeps our minds more active and more ready to take on the tasks ahead.
