Making Friends

I just moved to a new city and am looking for a way to make new friends. Does anybody have any ideas? I know I can get involved in school clubs and such. I would also like to make friends outside of my school. Any ideas for that?

royalt85 Yeah I thought about the volunteering thing. I have volunteered back home before. I just feel like sometimes people come to volunteer and then we all leave and go on our way. I guess I should find something like habitat for humanity where you are constantly...
