How many people really sleep at 10.30 p.m and wake early morning..?

I believe many people love to sleep.Ofcourse..me too!But I never sleep untime.I dont know why people need to sleep when they find no work to be done in their leisure.Sleep at night 10.30 and wakening even early morning really...

Chaitra Vasanth hi kalpana first of all ill welcome you to mylot. I usually sleep at 10.30 or 11 at night and wake up at 5.30am other than weekends cause I am working I need to finish all household works and cooking before leaving to office.
