Do people who cheat on their partners ever feel bad?

I would like to know if people who do cheat on other people actually feel bad for what they have done or is it they only feel bad when they actually feel bad if they get caught cheating?What do you think?

saan_punk I never cheated on anyone..if someone will cheat on me, i will forgive them too......
