Dear friends I am suffering from acidity . I have tried a lot but couldnot get rid of it . One of the problem is that Itake too much spicy food .

sabeara If you suffer from acid reflux (heartburn) then antacids can be useful to manage symptoms. The best current medications are proton-pump inhibitors such as omeprazole, go see your doctor!
