andyvish Yes. I always rate the discussins I reply and almost all will be positive, because I reply only to those discussions which are legitimate. I think it must be made mandatory to rate a discussion.

student7 Why don't you do a thing of vegetables and fruits. Also try nuts and raisins. If you are inclined try trail mix. They are all healthy and will be quick to fix. Just a suggestion.
