sajidis11 Exercise is a good idea but make any change in your meal quantity instead you can have less sugar food, eat very often, eat protein, avoid fatty acids etc.

Do you like to stay in air-condition room?

For me,in the hot summer or in the cold winter,I'm not conditioned to use the air-condition to make entironment feel better,even I stay in the air-condition room I will feel bad,and can't abide it,what about you?

sajidis11 in middle east without air condition you can't stay for more than 30 minutes as far as i feel. i'm in kuwait always use air conditioner in my car , flat and office every where.
