Lemon juice and vinegar are often quoted as good hair rinses, But I doubt whether it's worth from cosmetic benefits point of view? What's your opinion about this?

sajodude Any acid like thing if you apply to your hair it is bad. Because acids react on hair adversly and make them too dry. The hair would loose their luster and shining. In my opinion you should not apply these acids, the lemon juice and vinegar. Just wash them...

sajodude If you would go to bed early in the evening you would not feel bad in getting up early in the morning. But if your routine is fixed and if you would go to bed too late then obviously you would hate to get up early in the morning.

sajodude Head & care shampoo is good for removing the dandruffs. Or you can try the all clear shampoo too. The use of shampoo should not be made on regular basis but once in a week is good to protect from the dandruff problems.
