Bumedian yes thats one of the best things to do, for the health and the wealth :) the thing is to stop the monthly unnecessary expenses that we normally convince our selves that we need , and its just the advertisement what makes us think this way

Bumedian its only hard when you dont have a brakes for your desires , something to tel if you really need the thing or not, but when you have it , things become easy ,its something you can train your self to do , and i am sure any one can do that , just need to try

Bumedian i dont even pay for those any more, i got amazon for one year , then i stopped even watching it, when i search for the new movies or shows , i cant find them in there but i find them in other free streaming sites ,

Bumedian exactly , if you keep up with them and see when your contract is ending and you search for other providers and you can call your provider and ask them if you want to end the contract , they will give you good offers , but dont wait for bills to come schedule...
