How long time do u take to talk you wife/husband after a normal fight?

for me it took only 5 mins or fewer after we stop fighting. i never keep the things to my heart, just forget what happened.

What do you do when you get dipression due to work load?

well i try to find out some free time to make mind calm, like take a cup of tea, chat with someone on any social subject or just close my eyes and take a good dream.
