sandjelin Eating Healthy and making healthy choices. constricting ones body isn't healthy and will causes problems later in health. If you remember in the old days they use to make themselves smaller with corsets and that cause inernal problems..

sandjelin Actually a binder would be worst as this is not an overeating problem. I swell because of a reaction to certain types for foods. Blinding will only cause more more stress on my body. The swelling is caused by gases and a reaction to the food. When this first...

sandjelin I think I have found I'd rather support them instead of trying to change their eating habits. I know I have a food senitivity and I can't eat alot of stuff as I swell and not because the food is unhealthy. Any kind of grains except for brown rice is unhealth...
