how many of you do pranayam(yoga)?

Now I have started to do pranayam(yoga) regularly in the morning. It keeps me fresh all day long. How many of you do also pranayam or breathing exercises?

blindedfox I've been doing breathing execises for about two years and it is just now that I found out that those kind of exercises are called pranayam.. =) Thanks for the info! Pranayam works wonders!

astroo13 I have Bsnl Broadband.I don't think the speeds can be compared to the speed which defines broadband.But earlier I was using dial up.So compared to that this is a jet plane.lol

is water service at your home 24 hours around the clock?

preetshweety I m from Jaipur and as u can understand from my locality that Rajasthan is a Deserty area so wat d water supply would be. But i my area we have 5 hrs of water supply .

angelsworld Surely I will go with home -made food. I love home made food as I think it is fresh , hygenic and more nutrient that any food. Thou junk food may taste good once in a while but it is not good for health as no body knows what oil it's made up in, and how...

pix_trix I stopped counting after i crossed 55 TIMES... !!!!!!!!! who says 10 times is "many"?? lol... ;) This is the greatest movie ever made... and not even in the next 100 years of cinema can a masterpiece like this be created!!!!
