saseedharan Yeah, aerobic exercises delinitely increase your heart rate according to the revelation made by one of the renouned cardiologists in a medical journal recently. When you swing your hands back and forth regularly that exercise effects the heart as well.

saseedharan Yeah, recently the govt has implemented stringent rules to avoid junk food in schools and as such the schools have started suggesting parents to maintain healthy menu with highly nutrious stuff for children.

saseedharan Thanks mimpi for you response. You are right, refrain from stating one's academic figurative details unless it is commendable. As for the "reverse chronological", as you said, it means starting from the latest job to the older ones.
