Do you eat things past expiration date?

I was thinking about this last night as I looked at my gallon of milk that was 2/3's full yet and it expired yesterday. Do I dump it? Do I drink it for a day or so more? I have a bad sense of smell when it comes to food going bad...

schmucks I'll eat past the expiration depending on what the food is. And if I were to eat it, I'd smell it as well haha.
