Heather Echola @sedel1027 I would say to keep the arm mobile. Like strum your guitar. That works the vaccine into your system. I used to always take my kids swimming after vaccinations.

Sunday Retirement

Jim Bauer @sedel1027 Semi retirement is probably what I will do before I fully retire. I wish my current job would allow me to semi retire there. But that's not a possibility, so I will eventually just have to quit and take up a part time job somewhere else.
