at afternoon the brain(memory - recalling things is less ) .so can utilize nights by studying .nights are very plesant and we can learn or grasp things easily

day is made to work and night is made to sleep. So, i don't think its right to change the schedule

That varies from person to person.Some people are alert in the afternoon,some are more alert in the evening.You can either be a lark or an owl.It entirely depends on you.
