shah_bm3 I would say no. I do not wnt to go hospital to see doctors. Smelling medicines, seeing different patients fractured and ill i do not like all of this.

shah_bm3 It depends upon the mental development and ubderstanding between the parents and adopted child. If child has developed enough and negotiate with ease with parents then it may be good to tell him otherwise at some later stage he might know this fact.
