why there is other people who don't want to take a bath?

i wonder why when summer comes here in italy there is some people have a bad odor. when u ride a bus or a subway during summer with full of people u can smell there body odor. im wondering if they can't smell their body.

shaky4d yeah it is a good idea apart from this handbills of perfume ads can also be given to the people so they can realise!!
