sharmaa02 While running its a bit struggle but after I gain my rhythm it becomes easier. I feel quite satisfied after a good run. I aim to become slim and fit which is a good motivator for me.

sharmaa02 Yes, I learnt shotokan karate. Initially it was meant for self protection but as I was learning it, I realised its other benefits like it increased body flexibility, helped me in keeping fit and overall boosted my confidence.
