So I have crippling anxiety attacks and would like to hear if anyone else deals with this. And how you cope.

Stephen Hastings My uncle deals with these all the time. The best way i have seen. Was dont get to worked up when your having one and take slow deep breaths. If its to bad seek medical treatment
