shekinahmia We have the same idea! I do that too. If water is not available, I opt for fruit juices than sodas. I think that's a healthier choice, don't you think? Kudos to us and to our healthy options! Have a nice day, autumndreamer.

shekinahmia I agree with you. Water is indeed the fuel for our body. I don't even know why there are people who still prefer drinking soda than drinking water, even if there are articles published regarding the effects of it in our body.

shekinahmia Wow, that's amazing of you! I love drinking water but I cannot make myself to drink 8 glasses within 24 hours. That has always been my goal. Unfortunately, it has not happened yet. Keep it up, jinky!
