my stomach doesn't feels good since i ate alot last night. i consumed 2 cups of rice, grilled porkchop, grilled squid, grilled tuna belly, calamares and a lot more ..now im so restless, wanted to defecate but i cant.

shellyanne68 Well that would be the rice it's like a plug, you better eat some prunes now. Maybe next time you should watch your portion control. ha ha :)

shellyanne68 If she´s draining to be around then definately put some distance. You don't need to cut her dead, she may change when things start to go her way but don't hitch your wagon to her for any longer than necessary in the meantime.
