We sure did. Our oldest is 16 and he has to work to pay part of insurance and put gas in the car.

shiner_71720 I got a car when I was 16 and also had to work to pay insurance and buy gas. When I have kids I would make them work during the summer, but if they played sports I wouldn't make them work during the school year. There is just not enough time between practice...

shiner_71720 I have two. One is a personal account and one is my work account. I think it would also be good if I opened one just to use when I sign up for stuff online so that all the junk mail would go to that one.
