In India there is no way to earn some mone in student life so that all kind of expensess are coming on head on parents so that some time students feeling gilty to demand for money.So my question is why India Govt. dont provide...

What we requried to make new friends? Start from you.... be ready for help... understanding.... no misunderstanding.... sharing eatables...... attend festivels of each others.... keep in touch by calls, sms,emails.... call...
