shucks5 wow, 3 miles !! I dont think I can do that much. But I do try to jump around my room just to get my body tired :)

shucks5 thanks. Ive done taking ferrous sulfate before, and yes it did get me to sleep. But I did not take vitamin c. I'll try that.

shucks5 You see, the doctor advised me to take more sleep. But, due to my insomia, which i dont know what causes it, I am not able to sleep until very late at night.
