I am trying to add html block in my profile page.But after saving it is not getting displayed.Please tell me correct procedure for doing this.

There are many link shortening services available.I zeored on to adf.ly and adfoc.us. Please suggest is which is better and your personal experience with these. Can you please also suggest anything else, which is genuine?
