silverglint there are pros and cons to multi-tasking. Indeed it is not for everyone, but for people like me who has to juggle several responsibilities, it becomes a habit, in order for us to save time and be able to accomplish a lot more things

silverglint One thing I found out is that multi-tasking is good for computer works like encoding something while downloading a file or something but it is not good for relationships like doing something or thinking of something else while talking to someone.
