disc breaks of bikes

y generally disc breaks of bikes r fixed 2 front wheel and not 2 back wheel?

silverwings1972 disc brakes are alot more powerful than drums and as eighty percent of the weight of the bike is on the front wheel when braking and drum brakes are cheeper to manufacture
