A girl sold for 100 Dollars! Can you believe it?

In one of the states in India, a girl was sold to a couple of foreigners just for 100 Dollars by her own parents. A local resident informed the police and the child was rescued. Such a shame! I wonder what made them sell their own...

SimonTemplar Well yes I can believe it... I have seen children sold for as little as a packet of cigarettes or a small bag of flour... When you are poor and cant afford to feed your children life becomes pretty cheap...
