We all know washing ourselves is hygienic and really should be done, but how often do you do it? What's the right amount per week? I wash myself nearly everyday, with some exceptions as in if I forget or if I'm too busy. I...

skatermusicians I shower when necessary. Usually only once or twice a month. It's better for your skin to maintain natural oils.
