how many hour you sleep!

In my young days I used to sleep upto 10 hours but now a days even 4-6 hours of sleep also is sufficient for me more over the dreams are also very less

louievill I do not count my sleeping hours, I work when I feel like working and sleep when I am tired and think my body needs some rest

I was just thinking that nowadays I have become so much busy that my thought process has become restricted to routine stuff only what about you....
