Brush your teeth or chew gum?

September 29, 2009 This is a dilemma I face; sometimes I'd rather just chew some gum then brush my teeth. Now I do brush my pearly whites twice a day (morning and evening) but after lunch I'll just smack on some gum call it good....

smash_2211 I'd have to say brush my teeth. I hate that icky feeling on my teeth especially in the mornings. Gum only lasts so long and it doesn't help to keep your teeth health like brushing does. I do like to chew gum ocassionally but not too often.

smash_2211 I am not a hard person to please I am pretty laid back. Every once in awhile I get picky but who doesn't lol. I cherish everyday I have and try to live it to the fullest.
