I am currently breastfeeding my first child. I got sick however and had to drink pantoloc and loperamide. I didn't know that I wasn't suppose to because I thought that medicine was not allowed only when your pregnant.What vitamins...

Is it true that milk chocolates don't make you fat?

I love chocolates a lot but im also scared to get too fat. I've heard though that only chocolates with nuts, fruits, toffee, etc. can make you fat and that milk chocolates don't.Is it true coz if it is, I would really be happy.......

I love chocolates so much but I am also scared of getting fat. I've heard though that only chocolates combined with fruits,nuts,toffee etc. can make you fat and that milk chocolates don't make you fat when you eat it.Is this true...
