How do you control your anger ?

Controlling my anger has been one of my biggest problems. I tend to lose my temper quickly even for simple reasons. I've tried various methods and some seem to work. What do you do to control your emotions?

sonalp Hi sandeep, I know controlling ur anger is a tough but controlable job ,iwas like u but now i adopted a better way the moment i am angry i take deep breaths and remove myself from the scene completly and if thats not possible i think of a completly different...
