sophiefrance thanks for the response cher913. One of my agenda next year is to go see a doctor. Its just that Holiday is coming, have so much handful tasks at work and at home now.

sophiefrance thanks whywiki.. I usually do some running twice a week after office hours. Maybe i will try to do that exercise late afternoon.

Mirror of Life

Mirror is part of everyone's life, I suppose. Standing infront of a big mirror, who is the person you want to reflect? Would it still be you or somebody else?

sophiefrance Hi, thanks for the contribution. Its a women thing that men can and will never understand why it took us 15minutes the least fixing ourselves in front of a mirror.

sophiefrance Yeah we need to be confident and feel good about ourselves whatever flaws we may see in the mirror physically because what we feel inside will reflect on our outside appearance.
