How early do you go jogging?

I am thinking about starting jogging.I am just wondering how early people start.And How long do you jog for?And how far you do go from home? guys could you recommend best tips for jogging ... happy mylotting

Spring5266 My PE teacher told me neither morning or night is a good time for sports. The best time should be between 3 to 5 pm. But I like to jog at night, when ground has cooled down and the environment becomes quiet.
